Please note that are subscriptions are not based on monthly dates. For example, by selecting weeks, this means that if you ordered on the 1st of the month, this could result in your next subscription arriving earlier or later than this date. We provide our subscriptions in weeks due to some months being longer than others, and we would not want our customers to go without their Matcha.

Pausing Subscription: You have the flexibility to pause your subscription temporarily. Resumption can be done at your convenience from the same portal.
Cancellation: To cancel your subscription, log in to your Manage Subscription portal and follow the cancellation instructions. Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming shipment.
